Space fills up quickly so book early! Once we enter your reservation onto our calendar, you will receive an invoice via email within 4 business days. If you do not receive an invoice within 4 business days, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@museumofplay.org\">info@museumofplay.org<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Chaperones\/Teachers<br \/>\n<\/strong>Children must be supervised at all times. The museum includes one free adult chaperone\/teacher for every five paid student tickets. Any additional adults visiting with your group will pay the regular admission fee, including <em>Dancing Wings Butterfly Garden<\/em> tickets. The museum parking garage is $7 per car.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Payment<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Full payment or a purchase order is due <strong>two weeks in advance<\/strong> of your visit. Unpaid reservations will be cancelled. Group reservations are not refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Funding Assistance<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An admission discount of $2 off per student is available for schools that receive Title I funding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Lunch<br \/>\n<\/strong>A lunch space can be reserved for your group if available. Lunch periods last <strong>30 minutes<\/strong>. Large groups may have to be scheduled over multiple lunch periods.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Groups may bring a bagged lunch or order from the food court. Lunch bags will be stored on labeled carts in the lunchrooms. We cannot refrigerate or reheat any lunches.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Buses<br \/>\n<\/strong>There is a bus drop off lane located in front of the museum on Adventure Place. When you arrive, do not leave the bus until a museum staff member instructs you to do so. Buses may park offsite in a lot located off Alexander Street. This lot is located about two blocks from the museum. Maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 8\u2019 2\u201d. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.museumofplay.org\/app\/uploads\/2023\/08\/The-Strong_Bus-Parking-Map_06.2023.pdf\">See the bus drop off and parking map<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Other Helpful Information<br \/>\n<\/strong>Make any chaperone-student groupings and review the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.museumofplay.org\/app\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Final-museum-map-081325.pdf\">museum map<\/a> before arriving at the museum. A museum staff member will give your group a brief museum orientation when you arrive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you have additional adults and children that need to pay, please do so online before arriving.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ensure you have your bus driver\u2019s phone number.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.museumofplay.org\/visit\/accessibility\/\">Accessibility page<\/a> for social stories and information about accommodations for students with special needs.
